Key Steps in delivering IT Enabled Change

This checklist provides an overview of our standard implementation approach, and how we tackle the most challenging Change needs. Each project is different, but this checklist provides a top-level architecture to any change project.

  1. Analyse business needs: Identify the business objectives and develop a strategy to achieve them through IT-enabled change.
  2. Assess existing technology: Evaluate the current IT infrastructure and identify areas for improvement or replacement.
  3. Develop a plan: Create a plan that outlines the steps needed to implement IT-enabled change, including timelines, budget requirements, and resource needs.
  4. Secure buy-in: Get the support of key stakeholders in order to ensure successful implementation of the plan.
  5. Prepare teams and resources: Train staff on new processes or technologies, and assign roles and responsibilities to ensure successful execution of the plan.
  6. Implement changes: Put the Agile delivery plan into action, iterating through delivery, track progress, and making adjustments as needed.
  7. Measure and Monitor: Monitor how well the changes are working and adjust as necessary in order to maximize efficiency gains and cost savings.
  8. Feedback/Review: Review results against expectations, and use the findings to inform next iteration in delivery of change initiatives.
